Start out with a sturdy, large-size photo album. It should have a clear plastic "pocket" on the outside, where you can slide in your Keepsake cover.
Have all the elements of your kit printed before anyone arrives, then keep your album on a tableóall ready for when inspiration strikes!
Make your keepsake a group event!
You all share the memories, so let everyone help build the book. Encourage people to write a message ("Next year, Iím bringing..."). Keep adding as guests come and go. If you have a digital camera, use your printer to print photos while people wait, then create photo collages.
